The Wales National Velodrome is located in the South East corner of Wales, near the border with England.

The area around the velodrome is very flat and suitable for all disability road and time trial training.

Air

Bristol and Cardiff International airports are within 30 miles of the velodrome, with London Heathrow under 2 hours via the M4 motorway.

Road

From London and the East - take the M4 Motorway and at junction 24 of the M4 take the first exit off the roundabout.

At junction 24 of the M4 take the fourth exit off the roundabout.

Follow the A455 sign posted Stadium and Tennis Centre for approximately 2 miles continuing ahead at all roundabouts until you pass the Velodrome on your left hand side.

Take the next left turn into Langland Way (Carcraft is located at this turning). The next left turn takes you into the main car park.

Rail

Take the train Service to Newport, Gwent. Newport is on the main South Wales to London Paddington line.

From London it will take approximately 2 hours to get to Newport train station.
From Manchester it will take approximately 3 hours.
